But the workout routine Asim performs isn’t for the faint of heart – from weightlifting to flexing his bloated muscles for his Instagram family, Asim Riaz is a fitness goal for us.

The actor swears by high intensity workouts and hardly ever takes a day off from the gym. Asim is always up for all fitness and is often seen in his favorite place doing his favorite thing – in the gym, exercising. One day ago Asim shared a short video of himself training like a beast in the gym and it makes us look too bad.

Dressed in a black tee-shirt and white athletic shorts, Asim can be seen training with a belt around his waist. Asim also accessorized her gym look with a white cap. In the video, he can be seen bringing his arms closer to his stomach, then stretching them sideways away from the body. He can be seen doing the same routine over and over. The stretching routine, as performed by Asim in the video, has multiple health benefits. It helps to stretch the muscles of the shoulders and arms. It also helps to increase the range of motion of the body, thus contributing to better flexibility. When incorporated into the daily fitness routine, arm stretches also help stabilize the shoulder joints.
