Brie Larson returns to her “first job”.
The 31-year-old actress has announced that she is stepping down from her YouTube channel to refocus her attention on her acting career.
The Hollywood star – who just celebrated her first birthday as a vlogger – said, “I didn’t think I was going to hit the one-year mark on this, to be honest.”
“I started this chain because I needed to shake it off. I needed to feel like I could be silly and normal.”
Brie’s weekly videos are now on the verge of ending, as she hinted at a busy filming schedule in the weeks and months to come.
The actress told her YouTube subscribers, “Right now I’m going to have to slow down. I can’t keep making videos every week.”
“I have to go back to my job, my first job – my acting job.”
Despite this, Brie has vowed to return to the platform and thanked her fans for their support over the past year.
The award-winning actress – who has starred in films such as Captain Marvel and Avengers: Endgame – said, “I had fun. I have to do things that I would never have done otherwise, focus on things that are fun and enjoyable. “
“There were so many good times and I met so many great people … Thank you for joining me on this journey. I hope you found joy there because I found a lot of joy in doing them. “
