Carole Baskin says she still fears for her life after the events of King tiger. His discovery series + Carole Baskin’s cage fight shows that Baskin has more enemies than Joseph Maldonado-Passage, aka Joe Exotic. Maldonado-Passage is in jail for conspiring to assassinate Baskin, but Baskin is still looking over his shoulder.
Baskin spoke to Showbiz Cheat Sheet by Zoom on November 12 about Carole Baskin’s cage fight. During our interview, she spoke of the danger that she still feels from certain individuals, some from King tiger and a lot of the big cat world.
Joe Exotic’s ‘Tiger King’ assassin still free
Allen Glover was the man Maldonado-Passage allegedly hired to kill Baskin. Glover is still free.
“Can you believe that?” said Baskin. “Isn’t that crazy? Especially what you’ve probably seen in King tiger. I kept thinking that the reason Jeff Lowe and Allen Glover are still there is because they are being followed by the FBI or someone who is trying to get more people in this net before they. don’t lower the boom but I’m more than shocked they’re still out.

Baskin suspects Glover of losing interest in her now that Maldonado-Passage is out of sight. However, she is still worried about the precedent he set during the events of King tiger.
“I don’t think Allen Glover ever cared about who I was or anything else,” Baskin said. “The fact that he says he planned to kill Joe and was ready to kill me tells me he’s a really dangerous person walking around. I don’t think he has a personal vendetta against me because he’s not someone who is in the animal world or the animal industry, but I think they’ve found where they can find a killer cheap pawn shops now.
‘Carole Baskin’s Cage Fight’ shows she was a target decades before Joe Exotic
Baskin agreed to appear in King tiger to talk about his advocacy for the big cats. She had hoped the Netflix series would raise awareness about the big cats kept in captivity. Baskin says advocacy has put her in the crosshairs long before King tiger.
“Yeah, has it been going on since, my God, the ’90s?” Said Baskin. “We never raised lions or tigers, but we stopped raising even small ocelots in 1997. We had an accidental cat born to a 17 year old mother in 1999, but for all intents and purposes, we haven’t bred since the 90s. As soon as I started to denounce the breeding of these cats for life in cages, they started coming after. “
At Carole Baskin’s cage fight, Baskin’s team face off against Jeff Lowe, who also appeared in King tiger. Baskin is also investigating Doc Antle, Mark McCarthy, Mario Tabraue, and Lori Ensign-Scroggins.

“They did it because they felt like I was a traitor to them,” Baskin continued. “I had been one of them and now here I dared to talk about the things I knew. And yet I think that’s what makes him so powerful because I know the way they get around the law and I know what they’re doing behind the scenes and how they fooled the audience. They hate that I speak out against these things.
“Carole Baskin’s Cage Fight” shows some of the violence
In Carole Baskin’s cage fightBaskin continues to wander around her property, even though she knows that hitmen have been monitoring her routine. The cameras even capture a neighbor of Jeff Lowe getting into a physical altercation.
“There are even parts of Cage fight that you couldn’t see because the neighbors didn’t want to be filmed, ”Baskin said. “But, I mean, that poor kid really just got his snot ripped off by Jeff Lowe.” He had blood all over his head where he had been dragged along the rocks. I don’t think there’s anything that will stop them because they don’t even seem to fear the law, and maybe that’s because they’ve managed to run for so many years without any branching out of what they do.
The neighbor asked not to be named on the show. However, Carole Baskin’s cage fight still presented some of the violence without identifying it.
“You will see in Carole Baskin’s cage fight when that kid that lived next door, that didn’t know we were at his parents’ house or whatever, he was just going to work, ”Baskin said. “He’s driving down the aisle and Jeff Lowe blocked him at the end of the aisle. They can see from above that something is happening under the trees. What you can’t see is that fist fight that ended on the ground.
producers of Carole Baskin’s cage fight say that Lowe declined their requests for comment.
