SkyGermany are reporting that USA right-back Chris Richards is on his way to Sinsheim to sign a loan deal with Dietmar Hopp’s Kraichgauer.
Defender Chris Richards was noticeably absent from a Bayern training session on Sunday. Sky’s German transfer experts confirm that the 20-year-old has told some of his team-mates he is traveling to Baden-Wuerttemberg to sign a loan deal with TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.
Germany’s Sport1 report that after his medical, Richards will sign a six-month loan deal. The deal would not include a purchase option. Bayern are aiming to give one of their most promising prospects more training, but have no intention of releasing him from the club.
Update Chris #Richards: The info from Sky’s colleague is correct. He will join @tsghoffenheim on a 6 month loan. 🤝 @SPORT1 #FCBayern
