LOS ANGLES — With all the current fame Johnny Depp and Amber Heard garnered during their headline-grabbing court case, the current owner of the former Depp-Heard love nest, once again listed the one of the penthouses, priced at $1.765 million, according to TopTenRealEstate.com.

Depp-Heard while only married 15 months, the Los Angeles building was their home and, according to the listing agent, the one-bedroom penthouse was where they “spent a good chunk of of their time”. Depp owned five of the penthouses atop LA’s iconic downtown Eastern Colombia Building, that instead of renting them, he kept them so that his friends and family could comfortably visit them. After his divorce from Heard in 2016, he listed and sold them all for a total of $12.78 million.

The two-story, one-bedroom LA penthouse is located in one of the most historical monuments, with 1,780 square feet, high ceilings and a cozy seating area on the stair landing.
