Former English skipper Michael Vaughan took to Instagram on Tuesday July 6 to share a photo of himself looking suave and debonair in a gray suit. Vaughan captioned the image:
“Back to the new day job today … 46 year old model.”
Although he received many compliments, there was an interesting response from Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja.
“Looks like a Hollywood actor,” Jadeja commented in the Vaughan photo.

Michael Vaughan hopes to see Alex Hales again in England
Earlier today, Michael Vaughan reacted to news of seven England players testing positive for the COVID-19 virus ahead of their streak against Pakistan.
The latest development saw Ben Stokes take over as team captain and he will lead a newly designed England side. Michael Vaughan took to Twitter to share his take on the matter and wrote:
“Billy Gilmour tested positive and no Scottish team member or staff should isolate… English cricket team members do and the whole team have to go! ?????? VERY VERY strange times… I guess we’ll see or should see Alex Hales again. “
Speaking about the news of the players who tested positive, Tom Harrison, the managing director of the ECB, said they were prepared for this “moment”.
“We made a strategic choice to try to adapt the protocols, in order to promote the general well-being of our players and our staff, who spent a large part of the 14 months living in very restricted conditions,” said Harrison said.
Alex Hales last represented England in March 2019. He was excluded from the ICC squad for the 2019 World Cup after testing positive for recreational drug use. England captain Eoin Morgan had called the incident a breach of trust. The drummer did not play for England despite impressive domestic performances.
