POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 07/15/21 TO 07/21/21

RETAIL FLIGHT: On 07/14/21 homeless Darryl Lineberry (55) was charged with 2 counts of retail theft (F3), resulting from two incidents in June 2021 at the Stauffer supermarket in Kissel Hill, 301 Rohrerstown Rd An arrest warrant has been issued against him. On 07/17/21 Lineberry was charged with Retail Theft (F3), resulting from an incident on 07/14/21 at Stauffer’s of Kissel Hill supermarket, 301 Rohrerstown Rd. Lineberry was contacted by the police department of the canton of Manheim during a road check on 07/17/21. They took him into custody and transported him to Lancaster County Jail.

FLIGHT: On 07/15/21, police received a theft report in Block 600 of Good Dr. A package was taken from a passenger on a Red Rose Transit bus. Estimated value of loss $ 22.00.

PUBLIC IBUTION: On 7/15/21 at 3:59 PM, police responded to the 1700 block of Columbia Ave for a welfare check. After investigation, Lon Hughes (50) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 15-7-21, Stephen Charles (43) of Elizabethtown was charged with 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance (M), resulting from an incident of 12-11-20 at Son’s, 1991 Miller Rd.

THEFT OF VEHICLE PARTS: On 7/16/21, police responded to Excentia, 1810 Rohrerstown Rd, with a theft report. Between 06/16/21 at 8:00 a.m. and 07/15/21 at 3:00 p.m., the actor (s) removed the catalytic converters from 2 vehicles. Total estimated value of loss $ 2,000.00.

BULLYING: On 07/17/21, police responded to Knights Ln block 100 for a disruption. After investigation, Gavin Wiley (23) of Mountville was cited with harassment (S).

WARRANTY SERVICE: On 7/17/21, police responded to the Heritage Hotel, 500 Centerville Rd, with a disturbance. Following an investigation, Steele Wiedrich (30) from Marietta had a warrant from the Dauphin County Sheriff’s Department. Wiedrich was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Jail.

VEHICLE THEFT: On 7/17/21, police received a report of theft from a vehicle at the Grocery Outlet Bargain Market, 2108 Spring Valley Rd. Between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. on that date, actors removed a wallet from a vehicle unlocked. Total estimated value of loss $ 26.00.

ANIMAL CRUELTY: On 07/19/21 Debra Wheeler (62) from West Chester, PA was cited with animal cruelty (S), resulting from an incident of 07/13/21 at the Physicians Surgery Center, 2150 Harrisburg Pk. Wheeler’s dog was found in his vehicle in distress one day with temperatures of 88 degrees and high humidity.

BURGLARY: On 7/17/21, police responded to the 3400 block of Nolt Rd to serve an arrest warrant for James Andrew Strube (25) of Columbia. The East Hempfield Township Police Department, assisted by the Manor Township Police Department and the North West Regional Police Department K-9 Unit, surrounded the residence, announced their presence and requested to Strube and the woman he was visiting to leave the residence. Strube did not comply, forced open a locked door adjoining 2 apartments and ended up at the back door of the residence. Strube was taken into custody, charged with Burglary (F1), Criminal Trespass (F2), Resisting Arrest (M2) and Crime (S) and transported to Lancaster County Jail. Rebecca Marie Lexa (29) of Landisville was released on request, but after investigation she was charged with 2 counts of obstructing apprehension (F3), arrested and transported to Lancaster County Jail.

WARRANTY SERVICE: On 07/19/21, police responded at Days Inn, 2929 Hempland Rd, to serve a warrant on Marquez Brunson (28) of Lancaster. Brunson was located in the building, taken into custody and turned over to Lancaster City Police.

BURGLARY: On 7/19/21, police responded to UPS, 1155 Enterprise Rd, with a burglary report. Between 7/18/21 at 11:59 a.m. and 7/19/21 at 1:15 a.m., actors broke into the building through a back door and removed an unknown number of cell phones. Total estimated value of loss $ 10,000.00.

VEHICLE THEFT: On 07/19/21, police received a theft report from Hammock Way block 1400. Between 3:44 a.m. and 3:48 a.m., a man was filmed under video surveillance searching 2 unlocked vehicles and withdrawing money. Total estimated value of loss $ 60.00.

VEHICLE THEFT: On 07/19/21, police received a theft report from Block 1300 from Banner Dr. Between 07/18/21 at 4:00 p.m. and 07/19/21 at 0645 hours, the actor (s) withdrew a pair of Oakley sunglasses from an unlocked vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $ 450.00.

VEHICLE THEFT: On 7/19/21, police received a theft report from Sheetz Mini Market, 3101 Columbia Ave. Between 0340-0345, that date, the actors removed a wallet from an unlocked vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $ 60.00.

THEFT OF RENTED PROPERTY: On 20-7-21 Kyara Gutierrez-Quinones (22) of Willow Street was charged with rental property theft (F3), following an incident reported on 7-2-21 by Lancaster Nissan, 5340 Manheim Pk . An arrest warrant has been issued against him.

FLIGHT: On 7/21/21, police responded to RH Cooper and Son, 115 W Main St, with a theft report. Between 1:00 a.m. and 8:02 a.m. on that date, one or more actors removed a catalytic converter from a vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $ 800.00.

CRIMINAL MALICIOUSNESS: On 7/21/21, police responded to the 1900 block of Columbia Ave with a report of vandalism. Between 5-7-21 and 21-7-21, actors punctured the tires of 2 vehicles. Total estimated value of damage $ 2,430.00.
