Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia, popularly known as Akshay Kumar, is one of Bollywood’s biggest superstars. Having been in the industry for nearly three decades, he has appeared in over 100 films. He has mainly appeared in comedies and action films. But did you know that Sohail Khan once openly challenged Hollywood’s best actors to do what Akshay Kumar does?

Akki has often performed many dangerous stunts in his films, earning him the nickname “Indian Jackie Chan”. It also enjoys a large number of fans not only in the country but around the world. We have now come across a video that reveals why Akki is a superstar.

In the video, Mallika Sherawat and Sohail Khan were seen in conversation with host RJ Malishka. The host asked Mallika, what is the difference between Hollywood and Bollywood, she has worked both in the industry. The actress replied, “koi zyada farak nhi hai bus budgets ka farak hai. Yahan bhi hum utna hi working hard hai but hamare desh me jo apna pan hai woh nhi hai udar. Sohail Khan immediately intervened:” Challenge hai chal . Wahan ka sabse lead actor ko lele and Akshay Kumar ko lele. Aur Usko bol jo Akshay karta hai woh karne k liye.

On the job front, Akshay Kumar will be seen in Rohit Shetty’s crime drama Sooryavanshi, which has been repeatedly postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. It is assumed that the film will be released during Independence Weekend. The film will also see extended appearances of Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh reprise their roles as Singham and Simmba from previous films in the franchise.

Katrina Kaif will also be seen playing the role of a prominent woman in the film. Besides Sooryavanshi, Kumar will also be seen in Ranjit Tewari’s spy thriller Bell Bottom. A special screening was held recently and the film’s star actors, Vaani Kapoor, Huma Qureshi and Lara Dutta attended the event. The film will hit theaters on July 27.
